[DYU-go]
Diugo is derived from the Igbo word for Eagle, embodying the ethos of honour, dignity, and beauty.
At Diugo, we invest all our time into the companies we acquire, working closely with existing management and teams to infuse new energy and experience into day-to-day operations, all to achieve our collective goals.
Unlike traditional private equity buyers, we are committed to relocating and dedicating 100% of our time to operating your business post-transaction.
We'll collaborate with you to develop a succession plan that makes the most sense for you, business, and your staff, ensuring a smooth transition.
Nnamdi is responsible for all of the fund's activities from fundraising, to diligence, to execution and operations of the acquired business.
He began his professional career as an engineer in the energy sector, executing construction and remediation projects on offshore and onshore oil rigs. Transitioning to the consumer goods industry, he led operations at a manufacturing plant before pivoting to management consulting. During his stint at McKinsey, he advised organisations across Africa, the Middle East, and North America, driving transformative improvements in operations, sales, and digitisation.
In his free time, he designs mentorship and personal development programs for teens and young adults, actively mentoring thousands of young individuals. He also plays the trumpet in an orchestra.
